We are looking for a Country Recruitment Director to lead our team of recruiting professionals based in Mexico. You will have accountability for achieving the global technical recruiting hiring targets, partnering closely with key technical, engineering, and other business leaders to design and deliver an insightful and ambitious hiring plans with a constant eye on scaling for the future

Задачи

People/Team Management - Recruitment team coordination => Group Heads direct management (tasks, workload, performance). - People Management (hiring, assessments, motivation) for both direct (Group Heads) and in-direct subordinates (Recruiters). - Transmit information regarding new projects, priorities to the team. - Regular team updates on latest Company news and initiatives. - Monitor team mood and motivation. - Plan and adjust the headcount of recruitment team according to the Company hiring demand. - Recruitment Capacity Report update and control. - Direct operational management of AMs operating in the Country. - Recruitment team skills development. Forecasting - Monthly forecasting; initiate preliminary forecasting based on Recruitment and Market Capacity. - Negotiate on Preliminary Forecast with Recruitment Business Partners and Delivery Hiring Managers. - Forecast negotiation and approval with GRD and MD Recruitment. - Transmit Forecast numbers and results to LOB directors. - Forecast performance control. Recruitment Forecast Performance Management - Managing candidates pipeline generation => Ensure GHs create and implement tools and sourcing strategy to grow candidates' pipeline. - High level overview of candidates processing speed and quality, candidates pipeline utilization. - Analyze all bottlenecks & risks affecting Forecast Performance, timely escalations and handling. - Candidates distribution control according to Company priorities. - Pipeline velocity monitoring. Interaction with Customers & Delivery - Strategic partnership with Internal clients => negotiate on hiring plans, recruitment process communication, optimize candidates processing, address all issues. - Forecast performance updates for Hiring Managers. - Organize regular communication with main Hiring LOB Directors and Snr Managers. - Communicate recruitment structure and processes to Customers. - Train Customers on recruitment processes, pipeline handling and collaboration with Recruitment Team. Risks & Escalations Management - Timely issues escalation, possible solutions and speed-up resolving. - Assist Recruiters on addressing issues. - Control risks of forecast performance - analyze reasons, initiate solutions. Analysis, Statistics & Reporting - Candidates pipeline control (on a high level). - Provide the set formats of reports for the Company management. - Develop new types of reports on demand. - Collaboration with TAM SSC Team on Market Capacity Research and Estimations. Cooperation with Marketing - Establish and support the positive image of the Company on the market. - Initiate marketing campaigns and activities aiming to grow candidates pipeline. Other - Global Recruitment and HR tasks execution. - Take part in development and implementation of global strategic initiatives for recruiting talent in all Company locations. - Participate in recruitment strategy development. - Incoming VRs acceptance control.

Requirements - 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a mid-size or large multi-site organization - 3+ years of management experience of a high-volume/high-performing corporate talent acquisition team - Knowledgeable of local labor market trends across IT industry sector including key competitors - Clear understanding of end to end recruitment lifecycle processes, strategies and tools - Ability to lead, manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals in multiple locations - Proven individual skills successfully recruiting high-level and niche positions and the ability to develop similar skills in other recruiters - Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines while maintaining quality of service delivered - Ability to plan and manage high volume recruitment - Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and other Recruitment Products Systems - Proven ability to run key talent acquisition metrics - Strong customer service and consulting skills with all levels of stakeholder in the recruiting process
