Our client is a subsidiary of the world's largest gas company.


  • providing operational and technical application support to internal business functions;
  • resolving incidents and service requests in line with agreed policy, process, and SLAs;
  • gathering and structuring the information provided by users;
  • gathering necessary approvals to progress tickets accordingly;
  • working closely with 3rd line support team on major incidents and change activities delivery;
  • acting as a single point of contact for communication on incidents;
  • delivering solutions on time and with high quality.


  • 1+ years of experience with SAP BW;
  • experience of application support;
  • functional and technical knowledge of the SAP BW components and its integration with other SAP modules;
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Intermediate level of German will be a plus.
