providing operational and technical application support to internal business functions;
resolving incidents and service requests in line with agreed policy, process, and SLAs;
gathering and structuring the information provided by users;
gathering necessary approvals to progress tickets accordingly;
working closely with 3rd line support team on major incidents and change activities delivery;
acting as a single point of contact for communication on incidents;
delivering solutions on time and with high quality.
1+ years of experience with SAP BW;
experience of application support;
functional and technical knowledge of the SAP BW components and its integration with other SAP modules;
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Intermediate level of German will be a plus.
